How PingBeacons handles free access, verified payments, renewals, and workspace billing.
Can I use PingBeacons for free?
Yes. The Free plan can be used without starting a paid subscription. Its current limits and included capabilities are shown in the comparison table above.
How does a paid upgrade work?
Choose Pro or Business, create or sign in to your account, and verify your email. The workspace owner then completes the existing Razorpay checkout. Paid access starts only after the backend verifies the payment.
What happens while payment is pending?
Your account and selected upgrade remain available, but effective entitlements stay on the current plan until payment is authoritatively verified. You can resume checkout later from Pricing, Settings, or Billing.
How are subscriptions renewed?
Paid subscriptions follow the billing period returned by PingBeacons and are managed through the existing Razorpay subscription flow. Your Billing page shows the current period and renewal state.
Can I cancel a paid subscription?
Yes. The workspace owner can schedule cancellation from Billing. Paid access remains available through the current paid period, after which the workspace follows the existing subscription-expiry flow.
Who can manage workspace billing?
Only the workspace owner can start, resume, or cancel a paid subscription. Other workspace roles can see plan information without receiving billing authority.
