Status pages

Share service health with your users.

A published status page presents selected monitor states and safe incident information at a public URL. Status-page availability and limits follow the workspace's effective plan.

Create and publish

1

Open Dashboard → Status Pages

Create a page, enter its name, public slug and optional description, then select the monitors to display.

2

Review the public URL

The slug becomes the page address under pingbeacons.com/status/. Slugs must be unique and valid.

3

Publish

Enable Published and save. Unpublished pages are not publicly available. You can edit or delete the page later.

Customization

Branding

Where included, upload a logo, choose an accent color, and hide PingBeacons branding. Saved customization falls back to PingBeacons branding if the entitlement is later unavailable.

Custom domains

Where the feature is enabled and the effective plan includes a domain allowance, add a domain, follow the displayed DNS instructions, and verify it before use.

Subscribers

Visitors can submit an email address on an eligible public page. They must explicitly confirm through the emailed confirmation page before becoming active. They can later unsubscribe through a separate confirmation page. Owners can review and remove subscribers from the page editor.

Privacy and downgrade behavior

Public pages expose a safe presentation rather than private monitor configuration. If the status-page entitlement is removed, retained records are no longer public; restoring entitlement can make an already-published page available again.
